Water chiller is an important part of fiber laser cutting machine , it can cool laser head and laser source . Althout water chiller is no easy to be broken , but you need also maintenance it well . Here is some point :
1 . Nature of work: cleaning
Working content: cleaning and cleaning the filter screen of the water cooler, (both sides) Interval: once every quarter
Tools and materials: water pipes, cleaning tools, cleaning cloth
Work content: hand press the claws of the water cooler filter screen, remove the filter screen, rinse it with water to clean it
2. Nature of work: Replace cooling water
Drain the cooling water, pour the cooling water in the filter, add new cooling water Interval: Once every 6 months
Tools and materials: Cleaning cloth, screwdriver, purified water
Work content: Remove the lower side cover of the water cooler, open the drain, unscrew the filter, pour out the cooling water in the filter, wait until the cooling water in the water cooler is all poured out, add cooling water to the water injection port according to the water level display position water.
